It is not difficult to take your own reusable bags to the store. Many places, such as Target here in Georgia, will give you a credit for every bag you bring. Back home in England, Marks and Spencer charges for plastic bags and donates that money to marine conservation efforts. California has banned the bag entirely, and we should all be following suit.
It is not difficult.
